ow depth (12 inches), thus soaking was not comfortable. This tub looks much deeper, however the actual water level is just 13.5 inches. It is roomier than its predecessor, so I can submerge in it to the chin and only my knee caps are not under water (my height is 5’10"). I had considered another Kohler tub product called ‘Tea for Two’, which offered even larger depth. However, after inspecting one at the local plumbing show room – the overflow drain is plastic and was not durable, for my taste. I would also suggest that if you plan to install Highbridge tub – use brass (via Amazon.com: Kohler K-878-0 Highbridge Cast Iron Bath with Right-hand Drain, White: Home Improvement)
